Just a few thoughts I feel worthy of jotting down!
April didn’t have a list to follow – the month long topic is “Month of Gratitude”. The idea was that with most of the world staying at home and practicing Social Distancing, it would be difficult for most to be creative with a new photo on a specific topic each day, so just photograph things you’re thankful for every day. I thought this might be just as difficult…….I readily admit I am grateful for a lot in my life – I am truly blessed – but, how many different daily photos can I come up with in my immediate surroundings to show that? Well, so far, it hasn’t been as difficult as I thought.
So, here are the things I found to reflect the Month of Gratitude in my little world….remembering that family, friends, home, safety, and health are “givens” and not to be downplayed by some of the trivial or humorous things I chose to photograph!
SUNSHINE AND BLUE SKIES
MEGAN AND ME
FRIENDS AND PIZZA
ENDLESS SUPPLY OF BOOKS AT MY FINGERTIPS
HOMEMADE NO-SEW MASKS
DAFFODILS AND PEONIES
Evidence that the world continues to revolve around us with promises of better days ahead!
BEAUTIFUL SPRING DAY
RETIREMENT
Do to retirement, I am spared the stress of lost work or being an essential worker potentially in harm’s way!
My thoughts and prayers to those who are!
Let’s see how long I can keep this momentum going……. 🙂
Stay safe and healthy!!!
…I sure am glad to be retired!
It has it’s perks!
