AND MORE……

I went to Medina with a friend this evening to see a presentation by Gretchen Murry-Sepik as “Erie Canal Sal”! Amazing storyteller! I’ve seen her do Sal before, but it is always funny, entertaining, educational, and interesting…..and fresh! Wonderful! Then, we went to Mariachi De Oro Mexican Grill for dinner. It was a great evening – weather-wise, entertainment-wise, time shared with a friend-wise, and food-wise!

What a lovely evening on the canal…..Medina Canal Basin!

LOVE Erie Canal Sal!!! She tells stories about what it was like to live life as a cook on a canal boat traveling in the early days on the Erie Canal!

I got these two wonderful treasures from a great little garden shop in Mystic, CT on my recent adventure……what amazing additions they are to my gardens!!!???
