NEW HELLO FRESH BOX:
New box of great looking meals arrived, today! I am going to try to do it differently this week…..I found when I took out the wrapped “second” plates to eat a few days after they were cooked, that they were no where near as good as they were when they were fresh…..reminded me why I am not a fan of leftovers! They were still “OK” and I ate most of them – meats were still good and some of the sides, but parts were rubbery and/or overcooked after warming up, so went in the trash can. So…..to avoid wasting food, I am going to try to only cook 1/2 the meal at a time – then, both plates will be cooked fresh AND I can learn from whatever I think I might like to change the second time around! hehehe We’ll see how that goes!
