NC Symphony at the Civic Center

I attended the NC Symphony concert at the Civic Center this afternoon. What a treat!!! I have attended almost every concert in the past 4-5 years and have enjoyed every one of them and was very disappointed when I had to miss one! The highlight of today’s concert was the piece that offered an Oboe solo and the lovely young lady who did an amazing job playing the Oboe. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire concert — very relaxing and mellowing!

The downfall of the day was having to do it with a painful knee and leg brace!! Have you ever tried to get in and out of a car with your left leg braced so that it can’t bend at the knee? Not easy!! Luckily, it isn’t the leg I need to drive.
