Daily Photo Challenge – Oct 9 – 15

It is mind-blowing to think that half of October is gone, already! I am reminded that I need to start thinking about Christmas and I have two special birthdays coming up – one in November and one in January – that I need to prepare for. WOW! We had a meeting at church this morning and it was mentioned that we will soon be celebrating the one year anniversary of our “new” pastor that just started with us on January 1st…..seems like yesterday and, yet, we are reminded that it will be a year in just a blink of an eye!!! It has been a strange fall around here, too! Not a lot of the usual vibrant colors we typically see in autumn. It was high 70s / low 80s just a little over a week ago and the past week has been 50s and rainy! I know….we’re in October in Western NY and weather swings like this should be expected….but, I still reserve the right to complain about it! hahaha

Anyway — let’s get on with the purpose of this post: Here is the next set of Daily Photo Challenge Topics taken on Oct 9th – 15th! Just a reminder – the October topics are all color related and each day’s topic is noted below each photo.
