Lenten Photo Challenge – Lent (Day 43) – Change:
(yeah, I know – Lent is only 40 days long, but the Photo Challenge includes all the Sundays and Easter – which technically are not included in “Lent”)
“Why is Lincoln the only head on a US coin facing right?”
I looked it up – apparently, there are as many theories as there are pennies in circulation! hahaha
The most common theory is that the designer liked this portrait of Lincoln…..no ulterior motive!
