Just a few thoughts I feel worthy of jotting down!
The next set of Daily Photos – Feb 25-28:
“Rural Cemetery”
Union Cemetery – a very small historic rural cemetery – at Watt’s Farm on Rt 98 in Albion.
Per the historic marker: “Union Cemetery – this land, bought from Moses and Sarah Bacon in April 1835, served as a “burying ground” until Jan. 8, 1853 when the Cemetery Assoc. was formed. Lot 22 was for strangers. Last burial 1910.”
“Orange”
No way I was going to keep driving when I saw this gorgeous array of colors along Rt 31 in Albion on Friday! It took my breath away and I had to try to capture it in a photo!!!
“He Leaps, He Scores!”
Perfect timing with this shot!!! Little booger…..leaped from the top of the red bird feeder to the dish full of peanuts!
“Dinner is Served”
All re-staked – straight, tall, and solid in the ground – and full!!! Let’s see how long before the squirrels have them sagging in the mud, again!
“East or West Wind???”
It is such a gorgeous, warm, breezy day…..these two flags, just a few feet from each other, are flying in opposite directions catching the wind!
