Rosa Marina Is Really Popular!

By far, the most common Google search that brings people to my blog contains the key words “Rosa Marina Salad” or some variation thereof! I posted the recipe a while back (
click here to find that post) because it is a favorite of mine that was a popular wedding/party dish in the area I grew up and as I make it for special occasions here, I get a lot of requests for the recipe. So – I posted it! Well, lo and behold — people from all over the world have Googled “Rosa Marina Salad” and found my recipe! I get an average of one a day! How cool is that????
My new goal in life — supplying the entire world with the recipe for “Rosa Marina Salad”!!!
I hope those that find it are enjoying it as much as I do!
